Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with delivery expected in 3-4 business days. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages post-shipment. Report any issues with your products within 7 days of receipt; opened items cannot be returned unless specified. If an incorrect address is provided, contact us immediately, or additional costs for returns will apply. For undelivered packages, contact your local USPS, as we are not responsible after drop-off. Claims with USPS are required for refunds, and we cannot refund items marked as “DELIVERED.”
